"I enjoyed our stay at this property, immensely. The managerial staff was attentitive and helpful (thank you, Francesca). The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities my family required. It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient were the lack of sidewalks, leading away from the facility. I was required to rent a car in order to navigate around the Santa Severa area. "This hotel offers a good location with rooms that have a stunning ocean view. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and the rooms and property are clean. The breakfast is okay, but it’s only continental. The hotel is about a 25 minute drive to the cruise port and is located in a quiet area. It’s also about a 15-minute walk to the train station and town areas. They also arrange private car transfer service between the airport as well as the cruise port."

Location was great - walkable to Lago Della Pace port where our cruise shuttle picked us up. Highly recommend for a great experience!"
