The hotel common areas and our room were extremely clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable and everything inside our room was properly prepared for our arrival. The staff was nice upon check-in and check-out, and they prepared wonderful complimentary breakfast in the morning. One feature that could have made our hotel room better is having a closing glass door to the shower because only the first half of the shower (closest to the shower head) had a door to block the bathroom from water...

The staff at Serenity Lodge were extremely friendly and helpful. Angie, in particular, went above and beyond to get our room ready quickly and arrange our tour of the Huacachina oasis. Her excellent service was greatly appreciated. The pool area was lovely, although the water was quite cold. Another disappointment was the inconsistent shower temperature. My first shower had no warm water, and my second was lukewarm at best. Lunch was okay, although I experienced some digestive discomfort...
