It was nice and stuff clean and the staff was nice

I was very pleasantly surprised at how well the hotel was maintained. The property was very clean. The staff was very professional and friendly. the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable which gave me a good night sleep. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

Clean room and public areas. Practical design of the rooms. Definitely newly built. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. They kept it replenished throughout the 630-900 service time. Staff was professional and friendly. Definitely will stay again when in the area.

The hotel has been open for about 1 month. The rooms are very large and comfortable, equipped with a mini kitchen. It is conducive to long stays and would work well for business travellers. The staff was extremely friendly. This is my hotel of choice when staying in this area just north of Birmingham.

Room was clean along with the bathroom, shower was roomy and had good water pressure. TV worked fine, all lights were working, plenty of clean towels. They had a small pool and exercise room. Parking lot was well lit and plenty of parking. This location was just over a small hill from Interstate 65 which meant it was a little more quiet than some others. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Plenty to eat in the morning if you wanted that.

I enjoyed my stay of 5 days. Hotel was very clean. The staff were kind and professional. This will be my hotel of choice on my next trip to Birmingham.

This is an amazing property! We stayed in the cobblestone suite. It had a separate seating area, access to a wonderful balcony, a walk-in shower, and a comfortable king size bed. They also provided extra linen/blankets in the closet. It can be a little confusing on how to access the security desk where you check in and then the hotel but if you follow the very detailed instructions that they send to you and use Google maps to locate the areas you will be fine. We were only there for one night but the staff was friendly and accommodating, the location was convenient, the lobby was welcoming and the room was clean and cozy. I will definitely be back.

I didnt get his name but the gentleman at the front desk was really efficient and kind. He made my daughter and granddaughter feel really welcome. We were there because of its close proximity to Children's Hospital.

Clean rooms, nice bedding & mattresses. Roomy suite, pool was clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

Staff was great just a bit loud with noise from the nearby train track situation. Great walkable location

Great property and staff, only downsides are pay parking, lack of free coffee stand in lobby because there is a Starbucks counter instead, and the streets around the hotel have some of the most aggressive panhandlers I have seen even compared to San Fransisco or other large cities.
