Staff was super accommodating. Top notch inclusions such as the expansive buffet breakfast to the travel cart to and from a beautiful beach/restaurant.
Nice facility a little off the beaten track. There is a decent breakfast included, but no dinner option. A car is essential and the very narrow country lanes are not easy to navigate at night. There are many positives, including the views on clear days, a very attentive staff at breakfast and for house cleaning. Room for improvement could be for someone to be present at check-in time and not having to wait 45 minutes for him to show up ("I was only late by a few minutes"). As well, the pool...
We had a wonderful stay — the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. From the smooth check-in to the awesome lunch at the backyard. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and we really appreciated the quiet atmosphere and thoughtful touches throughout the property. We would absolutely love to come back and stay again. Highly recommended!

Nice view, lots of up and down hill in Ragusa. No restaurants close by. Great help in recommending places to see and eat. Made us a tasty home made cake for breakfast
Clean room and comfortable bed. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The terrace on roof top offers good sunrise and sunset views.
This is an obvious “10” in all categories. Good location, elegant rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff, very good breakfast (I just wish they’d make the cappuccino with fresh milk). Note that free parking is available within 100 meters.
We stayed here for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. We didn’t have time to use the spa but we did go to the outdoor pool for a bit. The pool was amazing and the outdoor bar was a nice touch. The breakfast was very good and the room overlooked the race track so you can watch the horses warm up in the morning. It was an overall excellent hotel for the price.
Great breakfast, friendly attentive service from the from desk. Hot tub in the room was a great feature. Ideal location with convenient parking. Only minor issue was that WiFi worked poorly in our particular room. Overall a great value and I would highly recommend for someone staying in Noto.
Two couples we were overcharged for water and wine. We ordered 1 bottle of wine each room was charged for a bottle and water was doubled on one room.
