I ended up adding another night after 2 day stay. Very helpful staff. You have to walk a few minutes to find cafes and restaurants but not too far at all. Just enough that it was very quiet around. There is really good restaurant only steps away. Great pho Bo for only 30000 dong. Fried rice for 40000. Watch out for their closing time between lunch and dinner.
We stayed here the night before we started our ha giang loop tour and was worth every second. They had more than excellent service. Very welcoming and helpful to all of our needs. The stay was very relaxing. The location was beautiful and the rooms were clean! Amazing views everywhere! The food was delicious as well! The hosts made the stay wonderful. Definitely recommend! What a wonderful place to stay. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed like family, which really reflects the surroundings: this place is run by and for the community. The employees are from literally down the road and not only that you’ll probably end up seeing their house and/or meeting their family during your stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at Anans home. It was the perfect stay after 4 days on the loop. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had lovely amenities - especially the shampoo and body wash which they make. We had a delicious dinner on the property and enjoyed using the games/cards available. Breakfast was equally delicious. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with arranging a car service for us back to Hanoi. Could not recommend Anans home enough, wish we could stay longer!
Dung is the man. Took care of me my whole stay. Went beyond the call of duties to make sure I had a remarkable time, sightseeing, meeting locals, great experiences that you might call once in a lifetime. However, I made a true friend, and plan to go back in a few months.
Stayed with at Ha Giang Historical Housing before our bike tour and we were very satisfied. The private rooms were very clean and our host, Ms. Nyguen, was the most pleasant and attentive person! Highly recommend this to anyone who wants a more restful stay before and after the bike tour.
