"Upon our arrival, an employee greeted us and helped with luggage. The public area was elegant and displayed so many beautiful artwork and antiques. Being at the top of a hill and by the ocean/bay, the view was gorgeous especially during cherry blossom season. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection mainly Japanese food including pacific lobster miso soup. There was a spacious coffee/tea ( snacks) area with the same beautiful view. Our room was a tatami, sofa set, and bed combo and was...
"We decided to come even if we don’t have a dog, but this was not a problem. Of course, you have to like dogs, because most people come with their dogs. But everyone is very respectful.
The staff is always helpful and adorable. The bedroom was wide, clean and the view on the ocean is beautiful.
The dinner & the breakfast were delicious, a mix of fish, meat, veggies… We stayed 2 nights and we were positively surprised that they made an effort to serve us a few different dishes for our second...

We love Comfort Hotel ERA Ise. The front desk staff and housekeepers are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. Shower-head provides large, powerful water spray action which was superb. Comfy beds. The breakfast is delicious and the lobby library lounge area has available snacks and drinks from 10am - 11pm. Limited parking on property, but there is a public parking area within a minute walking distance. Great location close to many good restaurants, shops, train...
Such a wonderful place. Great location, rooms, and most of all great service. Hotel locates on a hill with great view to ocean. Adjacent ryokan (Japanese style hotel) provides great onsen experiences. My skin feels softer with only three-day stay :) They had "peal bath" during the summer, and I enjoyed it very much. Hotel displays Ise Katagami (Japanese traditional stencils for dyeing textiles) throughout the premise, and they were very beautiful. It was unexpected, and I enjoyed them a...
Fantastic. Wonderful resort property overlooking a bay. Peaceful, serene and scenic. The hotel will pick you up at the Toba train station and drop you off. For our purposes, it worked better when we rented a car for 24 hours so we could explore the Ise-Shima National Park and go do an Ama Hut about 30 minutes away. Pick ups and drop offs arranged ahead of time with the front desk.
The best part of the hotel was the Onsen. When we were there, it wasn't crowded at all and the outdoor Onsen...
