The location of this Dormy Inn was ideal as it was less than one block from a central shopping arcade that had an incredible number of dining and shopping options. I have stayed in a number of Dormy Inns over the years and they never disappoint. I love the hot spring baths and especially enjoy the ones that have open air baths. Beds are always comfortable. The owner and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They, thankfully, held my luggage before check in and well after check out so I could maximize my sightseeing in Naoshima. My room was well-appointed though small, but good for someone who doesn’t travel with large suitcases.
