I was in Jamaica for a quick in and out 1 day stay and decided on Abacus. I was sent a msg by Novelette to ensure my arrival time. Once I landed , I checked in and the apartment for spacious and immaculate. The next morning I requested a special breakfast and Novelette delivered! The food was delicious and well prepared.
The neighborhood is quiet and safe and was close to my destinations. I would stay here again for my next visit to Kingston.
After a handful of stays here, this definitely feels like a home away from home. The staff was wonderful. The waiters/eating area staff needs more training. The room was very clean and a nice view. The young lady that checked me in was the most pleasant representative I've met in jamaica in a long time
My family and I enjoyed this property. The staffs were very professional, the property well kept, my room and bathroom were very clean. I enjoyed our meals at the onsite restaurant. I recommend this hotel.
The Blue Window restaurant menu need more selection of food especially Jamaican crusine. Checkin needs to be improve. Too demanding especially when I paid for 2 person in room. The Front Desk was insisting on other person name even when the petson eventually did not make it to the hotel. Enjoyed my time there even though we we'd leave in the early morning and return late night. I wish the bed was bigger and that the TV worked. If was difficult for two normal sizes adults to sleep on what felt like a slightly larger than a twin size bed.
I am single traveler and stayed in Hotel. The Pulse Rooms are really good value for money to discover Kingston. The facilities are new and perfect for this kind of stay - clean shower, hot water, clean towels and AC. Also there were water collapse in other parts of Jamaica this days, but the hotel provided water to guests.

My dad and I went to sky's villa for an event and we were wonderfully surprised by the beauty and amenities of the property. The design of the common areas was lively and the rooms' decor were lovely. We were also pleasantly surprised when the "continental" breakfast turned out to be a full jamaican breakfast. Big up Sky's!! I would definitely book again if I'm going to be in the area.
