"The location is handy because it is aprox 10 to 15 minutes from the airport and the staff is kind however the property lack of hygiene the room was very smelly, it would help to do some good wall cleaning and painting a general hygiene cleaning within the property. It could have been cleaner and it could have smelled better. It is challenging to spend a night in a room that is smelly of body odor. The air condition does not help with this."

The hotel is very clean and the tooms.are comfortable. Restaurants atound the srea are great. The best part is the staff. They are caring, proffesional amd very attentive.
Very good stay. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. A special thanks to the housekeeper who did an excellent job cleaning my room everyday.

The location is the worst. I understood it was in the Center, certainly not the case, nothing near by, maybe something of a zoo?
My room had a dreadfully small window in the sky, due to the low price I paid, apparently.
I've stayed here before and find the value for the price ratio to be very high. The staff is always very attentive and truly interested in your satisfaction. Located in a great part of the North of Baq, easily walkable to many areas of interest. Centro Commercial Viva and Mall Buenavista are both very very close by.
Very good hotel, not super fancy, but great for the price. An excellent pool, breakfast buffet, and responsive front desk.
Things that could improve:
- general wear and tear in the rooms
-gym area is in need of updating (was closed during our last visit, so hopefully they get better equipment and AC)
