"lovely hotel on the outskirts of zakopane perfect for travelling to the mountains. room was lovely and clean and beds very comfy. staff were so kind and helpful with any questions and the restaurant attached had amazing food. only slight issue was a limited amount of parking spaces, we rented a car and had to park just outside the front door on our second night. not the end of the world though and we have come on an exceptionally busy weekend! highly recommend staying here"

"Great hotel close to everything, yet set away from everything, so it’s peaceful and quiet. All members of the staff were very kind and welcoming. "We had a wonderful stay at Aparthotel Renaissance Zakopane. The entire property was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and decorated to a very high standard. The rooms and shared areas felt modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a good selection to start the day. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay in Zakopane, and we would happily return and recommend it to others."
