The staff was caring, helpful, and excellent.

For a budget stay, the R9’s are hard to beat. Very high standards in the cabins, comfy, quiet, and relaxed.

We had a very nice and easy one night stay.

Wonderful service & food. Multi course traditional dinner & breakfast. Our waitress/maid for our stay, Ota-San was fantastic. Access to private onsens as a couple was nice. They also provided yukayas for us to wear on property. Amazing ryokan experience!

If you like Japan this hotel should be on your bucket list. Located right on the beach in Minamichita and within walking distance to several nice restaurants. Our room had a spectacular sea view. We had dinner at the Seaside Capri restaurant next door. The waiter had an Ipad with a picture menu for us. Being a typical Japanese Ryokan you change into a yukata. (The yukata is a casual version of the kimono.) After dinner we went to the 3rd floor where there are 2 first come first serve hot...

Nice property and its surroundings. It’s great place to get away from the big city life. Quite Zen like. The location is far from Nagoya station I might add. Nevertheless it’s a nice place.

Excellent service and spacious room. The Onsen is really great and the food is high quality. Once the shuttle bus from the hotel pick you up, you basically have to stay at the property for the hot spring and food.
