The staff were welcoming and always ready to help, which made the stay even better. The location is convenient, close to key spots around the city, and perfect whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. "Room & staff & amenities"

"Good hotel, clean and spacious. Great service to the Haram by bus"

"I had a very pleasant stay at M Hotel Makkah by Millennium. The staff are helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast is very good with a nice selection. The hotel is conveniently located close to Al Haram, with good and easy transportation connections, which makes getting to and from the Haram very convenient."

"Nice hotel ..clean and quiet..shopping area near by..and masjid ayesha alrajehy next door .. The only thing I didn’t like it’s the (bus service..you have to use 2 buses to get to the haram….(10 minutes or less ) It’s maybe because Ramadan ..but everything else was good ."

"Did Umrah solo after Ramadan and this place was a pleasant surprise. Room was bigger than I expected, bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean. Breakfast buffet did the job well each morning with nice options like mini pancakes and waffles. It’s in Aziziyah so you’re looking at a taxi or Uber to the Haram each time, which depending on the time of the year, can be very quick. Would book here again without hesitation."

"A very nice and clean place. Staff is professional and cares about guests. The breakfast buffet is excellent and so much diversified with special thanks to Mr Abdullah luqumani for his attention and manners. I highly recommend this hotel for visitors of Makkah."

"Value for money"

"Yes. Nice and clean hotel. Easy access to Haram."

"Odalar temizdi. Mr Abadi ilgiliydi"

"Amazing staff, great view of clock tower , extremely clean and very good amenities. If you are looking at one stop away via shuttle bus with not too much rush near haram waiting for lifts this is the place to book. Royal suite best option with kids. "

"Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We’re sure to stay here next time we’re in Makkah! Well done to the staff!"

"Clean rooms, helpful staff, good service, close to alrajhi mosque and reasonable cos. "

"Everyone was so friendly and polite. Mashallah, I love everything this hotel has to offer. Great restaurant setting, gym, shuttle to the mekah over 24/7 sechdule. Mashallah, I highly recommend it. It’s my first visit to an Arabic country after 22 years of living in the west. Mashallah, I will inshallah come here again. I am expanding my stay for another week in this great hotel. "

"The hotel has very helpful staff, quite and peaceful environment, and comfortable rooms. The distance to the haram is manageable by foot provided enough time is allowed for commute before the adhan. Alternatively, the shuttle bus can be used."

"Great place to stay in Makkah. The location is good but not great. There is a shuttle bus that leaves every few minutes and drops you off near the haram, but if you were to walk, it would take around 10 minutes, so not the 5mins advertised. staff are helpful and the hotel is very cleaned and well maintained. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend"

"Very good experience, very clean and friendly service. Thanks "

"Rooms very good. Dinner very good. Breakfast good. Is a bit far from the Haram. Can take 45mins plus to get there. But if you plan it then its fine. I stayed for 3 days. "
