The staff throughout the hotel are so much kind and helpful ( unusual to find this in Makkah!!)
The restaurant as known with Hilton group is really excellent.
The beds and rooms are comfortable and spacious.
The hotel is located at the Jabal Omar area that means it is close to Haram.
The shopping mall is really nice and located at the entrance .

This hotel is modern and its staff her courteous. The only downside is the distant from haram is long due to the ongoing construction. The hotel did well to provide a shuttle for free to and from the haram.
Location is ideal; Harm is 2 min walk, Shopping mall is located in the same tower including the food court. Check-in staff was very nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. The only flaw is that you cannot easily find the hotel from the street. But if you ask anyone outside the Safwa Tower, they will guide you to the access. Car parking is available in the basement but is costly (15 SAR per hour).
This hotel stay was a total positive experience. The staff are very helpful people and the hospitality is amazing. The breakfast was better than 5 start hotels. Totally surprised considering the small amount I paid. I will definitely recommend this hotel to other guests. Note that it’s 6km from Haram but is much better and cleaner than the hotel I stayed at last year.
This on hill which is not easy to walk up when coming back from Haram it was hard walk . Going down is easy due to gravity but coming back is hard. Keep this in mind when booking.
It was clean and neat , staff were very friendly. The only thing missing was there are no near places to eat besides their restaurant, no shopping stores or a mall nearby. Otherwise, it was a great experience… their shuttle service to the Haram is very helpful.
