We enjoyed our stay here. The only thing that was disappointing was… I thought breakfast was included. It wasn’t until I went to check out that I found out it wasn’t when an additional $30.00 USD was charged to my credit card.

Absolutely beautiful!

Few things were super impressive as follows: 1) All the staffs were so helpful, welcoming and always there for us when we needed. 2) If you prefer something that gives you a traditional vibes apart from a concrete high rise building this place is highly recommended. 3) The entire place was neat and clean along with worthy prices. Besides these nothing was found by me which is problematic or annoying. Long story short,I liked staying there.

Great place to stay, the rooms are very nice and this was the first place I stayed at in Sri Lanka that had hot water in the shower. Also, I dropped a 5000 rupee bill on the staircase and an employee returned it to me. I will stay here again if I go back to Kandy

I absolutely loved this place! My family and I stayed here for two nights while we were in Sri Lanka for our winter vacation. Prior to our arrival, the owner of the hotel contacted me, and asked if there was anything we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. This was an amazing stay! Cozy room, nice breakfast, clean facilities, and excellent staff. The views were incredible. Easy to get to the main sites if you had access to a vehicle. No complaints at all! Note: The inn is up an extremely steep hill, so you'll need a vehicle to get there.

Excellent hotel, Nicely appointed rooms, great restaurant. The only opportunity to improve is the flow and water temperature. We had a tub with jets but could not use it because the water temperature was not hot enough and the tub could not even be filled due to low water force. The water was barely warm and uncomfortable for shower.

Just an excellent, excellent stay from start to finish in this historic Colonial building. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and the team really just was top notch and really cared about quality of food. The loft was a hit with the kids and the fine correction of loose tea was very much appreciated. We only stayed one night due to our itinerary, but would have loved to have stayed longer. The kids dipped their legs in the pool, but also didn't have the chance to swim due to time constraints....

Excellent service all the staff was so nice. My room was very nice and the view of the mountains from my terrace was beautiful. The food was also very good.

Prarthana and the staff was very professional and friendly. We had a very delicious breakfast next morning. Views were amazing from our room. Location is beautiful and very conveniently close to the tea lounges and Nuwara Eliya town. Room is very clean and comfortable.

This is an excellent property at a beautiful location with great views. The breakfast I had here was one of the better ones I had in SL. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only thing I will mention is getting to this place is through a km of very narrow hilly road. Trust your driver and hopefully you do not have too big of a car. This is a lovely venue and a beautiful town. We had two nights here. The first was in a large family room in the basement, which was a little bit musty. But it was spacious and I appreciated that. The next night we moved upstairs to two large rooms with en suite. They were much more comfortable and lovely views. The breakfast was very nice and generous. The staff were very helpful.

One of our best stays in Sri Lanka. We would’ve stayed an extra night and stayed one extra night in Kandy but sadly we were just passing through.

What a location.. a dream The hotel improved a lot in the last years. This was our 4 th time we stayed here. The buffet is wonderful really gourmet!! And the staff is professional absolutely! It's a brand new hotel when I visit the hotel. I was amazed by the facilities and the overall quality of my room when it's compared to it's price tag.
