"Our stay here was nothing short of amazing! We loved this property as it was clean, the room was large and the staff were so helpful. They booked us cars to get from the train station and airport, helped us book a scooter and even gave us food recommendations. We used the pool as it was so hot out and we also ate the breakfast both mornings. The staff were the highlight though as they were truly amazing. Such a beautiful property to be lucky enough to stay at."

During our stay Alice was very helpful with everything, she put a lot of effort to make us feel 100% comfortable and to make sure we had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. She helped us out booking the photographer and the transfers to the railway station and solving all the doubts we had. She also was super nice and friendly, it was a real pleasure talking to her every single time! Thank you so much for making our stay feel the best Alice!"

"The staff at this hotel were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. They have e-bikes which you can rent. One of the staff even came and found me when I got lost!! The property is about 7km from the town but very doable if you take the e-bikes and the hotel provides helmets. The pool is very instagrammable! The views were amazing. They also have local costumes available for dressing up in if that appeals. There are lots of high tech gizmos, including a Japanese style toilet, a movie screen that comes down from the roof and automated curtains. All can be controlled by voice commands (if you speak Chinese)! This was our favourite hotel and we’d love to go back."

"Th owner and the staff are the best!!! Really attentive and looking into ensuring every guest has the best time possible. All of them nice and caring. The owner goes beyond in making sure gusta are having a nice time, even sharing part of her culture etc. rooms are great and dinner was excellent. Location wise is a beautiful spot, but bear in mind this is 30 to 40 mins away from Yangshuo near Xingping ancient town. Great for hiking and an exploring the nature surrounding the hotel. Hotel staff was very helpful in helping us organise that. All in all a great experience !!!"
