"Unlike other hotels, If you don’t put the maid service sign on your door your room will not be cleaned. Also, arrangements should be made with the airport for guests parking. I had to pay $30 a day to park my rental. That added to the nightly cost of the room…well let’s say I could have gotten someplace cheaper and just as nice. The complimentary breakfast is decent. The hotel is a nice, clean, fabulous scented hotel. Well kept and maintained."

"Yes the room was clean. The staff at the desk had poor attidues and had us wait a very long gome for the 3 rooms that we had. She didn't tell the truth aboug trying to contact me the the room was ready even though I NEVER left the lobby seated right in front of the counters. Once we finally hotbin the room it was alright."

"Beautiful and I mean absolutely stunning. The service from the staff is top tier, there are multiple restaurants to eat at, daily activities to enjoy, multiple pools and bars and a beautiful beach. I will stay here now everytime I go to San Juan as it was only about a 35 minute drive "

"Pool was nice. restaurant/bar was way over priced and oooooohhhh so slow. I know it is not part of the hotel but that is only place on property to get food or near by and where the front desk sends you. "

"The check-in process was nice and quick. Also I was very happy our room was ready when we got there at 12 and didn’t have to wait til 3. Hotel is very clean as well. The staff are very friendly. Location isn’t very far from the beach, about a 10min walk. The only reason I gave a 4 is bc the breakfast is just ok and always had something missing. For instance waffles with no syrup. Also, when you get beach chairs, they only give for 2 people. We had 3 people in our stay. Other than that our stay was amazing and would def recommend. "
