"Option for breakfast cook to order or even other things hotel can offer regarding breakfast was not discussed during check ins. It will be nice to have that information listed and provided by the hotel Information that will be helpful for guests/travelers that the hotel recommends within the vicinity are: Restaurants Massage place Hospital/ urgent care Transportation But otherwise, a nice clean place to stay Thank you!"

"Hotel looked great upon arrival. After check in we noticed the phone inside the room was not working. Next no Internet wifi was available. Contacted front desk which brought a portable wifi unit which also did not work. Front desk tried to double charge us at check in. Next we went to the hotel cafa, only to learn more then half the items listed on menu were not available. The roof side pool was closed due to green water because they did not have chemicals onsite to treat it. Finally, the staff has to turn on the water fall each day and also comes around 6pm to shut it off. My wife and I were very disappointed. The items they share on the website were not available or not operational when we stayed. "

"When I first entered the grounds I saw a sign “strictly no one under 18 “ I thought abit odd. Then as I was taken to the room I found out why the side of the building looked off … they are all garage doors to hide your car from prying eyes !! The room is upstairs above the garage !!!! Rooms are good and reasonably priced . Service was good "

"Always book here whenever staying in Caloocan. Location is safe, and accessible. There is always security and you always feel safe. The area and building and room is neat, tidy, and staff is super friendly. The owner Sarah and staff is very professional and check-in/out is always a breeze. "Quiet, and so private it doesn't have any windows. Staff were nice, convenient room service delivery was always prompt. However they never removed the plates and trash from previous orders so it just kept piling up, even after calling and asking for room cleaning, it never came even after they said it would. Good for short stays."
