"Intercity Budapest continues to be our home away from home. The building, rooms, hardware are all great. However, it is the Relationships that make it home ! We travel with sport (Wrestling) and have been at Intercity each summer for the last five years. Each time we walk through the outer doors, we are instantly at home with Family.
Levint has become like a grandson to us. This trip, Emma and the other young women at front desk continued the tradition of making us feel special.
The idea that ALL of Intercity's staff are such warm, happy, caring humans speaks to your management's selection process, your training and leadership, your philosophy of Customer Care.
We must point out that It's Not Just Us ! We watch your staff engage with business travelers, families, bus-loads, old and young. Every need is met with compassion and empathy. Pretty Cool stuff in the busy world in which we live !
So, Intercity, Thanks Again ! We will brag about you and look forward to seeing your smiling faces again soon. With Love, E & R"
"2 things stand out: the breakfast and the SPA downstairs. The breakfast is amazing, with a huge variety of sweet and salty options, plus a menu you can order (included in the price). The coffee itself could be improved. The staff at the reception desk could be a bit faster. The bedroom was super comfortable and clean. The SPA was marvelous, clean and new, extra handy and quiet. Overall, it's a great place, close to the metro, the trams, the parliament and in a walk distance to the main landmarks. Thank you."
"Clean room, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, the only difficulty was the tiny, shelf less refrigerator that was placed on the floor, hard to reach for me."
"A very nice hotel. Super clean and elegant. Staff was very well dressed, polite and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel. Extremely well managed."
"Very clean and spacious studio. Staff nice and attentive. Perfect location, bus stop in front of the hotel, reception sells tickets. I was able to check in before 11.00am as the room was empty, without extra fee-thank you!"
"The gym has a weight set, a few weight machines, three treadmills, and a few exercise bikes. It's a little small when five people are all trying to stretch and lift weights at the same time. I think to ease up on some of the traffic in the gym, it should open up at 0500 for the people who like to work out before 0600 when the gym actually opens up."
"Great hotel and in a fantastic location, the sky bar was amazing with a view of the Danube. I haven’t marked the hotel down on this but there was a rock band that set up outside the hotel each night and it was extremely loud, don’t know if this is usual and when we visited the sky bar because we weren’t sure we would spend €100, bearing in mind we already had a voucher for a free cocktail, we were sat around the back. This was disappointing as we are gold members."
