"Roof top pool and restaurant was on point. The restaurant food was good. The breakfast was typical eggs, sausages, rolls etc. ..can be improved...otherwise its an ideal place to consider if you don't want to be in an over crowded spot."

i loved this little hotel. i understand people's frustration with the rooms and privacy options etc, but when i went to them with my request to change rooms they were very accommodating. i would say if you want a private bathroom/shower you have to request that....also if you want to be able to open your windows and want privacy you have to request that as well. the rooftop breakfast spot was lovely....the staff was kind and helpful.
This hotel is incredible!! so close to city center and all main attractions in Cartagena . I one hundred percent recommend it, staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast , pool restaurant , carta ajena and rooftop were excellent also so sophisticated. We got the room with the view of Castillo De San Felipe and was amazing.The room was so big and nice.Hot water,nice bath.Near by the Mall.

Fantastic experience! Staff was incredibly helpful, reaching out before the trip to coordinate shuttle service from the airport. Staff was incredibly resourceful and willing to go the extra mile. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cartagena.
For me this was in the perfect location, a nice hotel with a friendly staff. Some people complain the room is too small but it is absolutely fine. There's plenty of room to set your bags down and hang your clothes.

I'm a 35 yr old male and was travelling with my business partner. To our surprise our room was a two bedroom two bathroom two story loft. The beds were king size and supremely comfortable.

The staff is amazing, and the place is very cool and pretty; it’s is an old house (1752!) converted to an hotel with only 12 rooms. Very convenient to everything and very comfortable place to stay.

Great staff! It's a very charming combination of two old casas that are tastefully merged together. Combines modern conveniences with old world charm. The breakfasts are lovely, with comfort foods and also Colombian specialties, handmade in their kitchen, fresh everyday. Loved our stay!
