"It was okay, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The restroom is extra small and the shower water sometimes runs out to the living room. There were no trash bags (but one) provided for the kitchen trash can so it was hard to gather all the trash in one bag when leaving. Bed wasn’t as comfortable but doable. "

Property was great for kids! Had transportation to the beach and old San Juan. Was walking distance to T-mobile arena. Then Francisco makes the best drinks at the bar. (The chicken tenders are amazing)
People at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. The property itself is great with great location. Amazing atmosphere and spacious and the rooms are nice. The staff at the restaurant was not smiling and not really friendly. The only person who was nice and accommodating was the manager. The rest of the servers were just food delivers.
The property is beautiful, clean, modern, and family friendly! My family and I had a blast. After a long day of beach, family and fun we would all come back to the property swim and call it a night. It was perfect!
There are plenty of beds, air conditioning, and a small kitchenette to brew coffee or make food. You will not regret it!

Ignore all the previous reviews that complained about the rundown neighborhood. PR was hit by the devastating Hurricane Maria and is slow to recover. You see empty buildings damaged by the hurricane quite often and they are by no means indications of the sketchiness of the neighborhood. The neighborhood is safe and it’s literally next to the Capitolio!!!
There is no problem with the shower temperature in our room.

The location of the hotel is in the heart of San Juan. Although we couldn’t enjoy the rooftop due to rain many ppl say the rooftop is great! The staff is amazing and very helpful! Very clean and quiet.

Quaint small hotel but rooms weee big. Clean, modern and best central location to everything in old Adan Juan. 2 blocks from pier, two blocks from the Moro, shopping and restaurants. Ate at Cafe el Pubti and the food could not have been any better with very decent prices. Exceptional. We parked at the big parking station for $24 from 6 overnight till check out 3 blocks away
Hotel Milano is placed in a great area, me and my mate was able to walk to pretty much everything, food, shopping, bars, and local convenience stores. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were even given complimentary umbrella for the rain. I really appreciate the hospitality, I would definitely recommend others to stay here. I felt safe and everyone in the area was very welcoming.
My husband, son and I spent the night prior to our cruise the next day. Property was clean and located very conveniently to restaurants. Staff were friendly and assisted us with finding transportation to cruise port.

This is a very nice small boutique hotel in a super location to experience Old San Juan. A good part of the charm is the city itself loaded with historical sites, great eateries, shops and bars and the Villa Herencia is right in the middle of all this. Not only is a car not needed but is probably a handicap and unnecessary expense as parking and driving the old city streets is a challenge. They have this ridiculous policy not to let Uber come to the lobby. Am I supposed to walk to the streets under the unbearable sun to get my ride? They gave the nice Uber lady a really hard time, and threatened to fine her $500. I told them I had requested she pick me up there but they were not listening. Everything in the hotel is nice but they need to stop harassing the Uber drivers. They are only trying to earn a living and their service is much superior to the local taxi .
