However the staff needs more training they could not answer basic questions, they did not tell us about the property, any amenities or direction.( ie: the pool staff bar told us we could not charge to our room and had to pay cash) Our room was not ready, we waited well past check in time. "Fantastic little gem ! First the location is very accessible in Cheka … very close to batroun and short drive to Tripoli. 3 min off the highway. Staff is super friendly and the bungalows are super clean and very cute. Breakfast was included and it’s very good. The pool is worm and very clean. The kids didn’t want to leave. The terrace is shared so expect sometimes to see a table here or there of people eating breakfast or lunch or even dinner but never busy. The pool is shared between the two...
