I wish I would have known how gorgeous this property was before hand. We would have stayed longer. The hospitality was over the top. Breakfast was amazing. The attention to detail in every aspect of the stay was 5 + stars!
Absolutely wonderful stay. I was mind blown by the kindness and enthusiasm when I arrived a few HOURS early… instead of receiving a typical annoyed response there was a warm heartfelt welcome and joyful notification that my room was ready. The receptionist also gave me a great explanation of things to do in the area along with 2 maps. The housekeeper‘s warmth made me feel like my mom was taking care of me. Our expectations were set for a three star experience. The staff, the warmth of this well run family establishment surpassed our expectations. No dining other than a nice breakfast in the morning. But excellent place to head off to ski for the day and walk to city restaurants in the evening. They also had a Tesla charger we benefitted from.
Lovely hotel just outside of the city, located in a perfect position for visiting the sites in the region. Would definitely return to Aosta and Le Charaban. Also, the hotel restaurant was excellent!
Beautiful mountain setting. Cozy room. Wi-fi free. Delicious breakfast extra. Super friendly and helpful staff. Within 5 minute walk to Flégère lift. Nearby bus stop will take you to the center of town which is about 3 miles.. Too far to walk, so know when busses run. Ski pass will allow free access to transportation. Missed getting to visit L'Aiguille du Midi due to cloud cover. It is supposed to be spectacular. Has a jacuzzi, but didn't use. Looked nice
Very nice hotel, friendly owner, cozy rooms, breakfast is included in, close to Aosta.
The last part of the town road / alley leading to the hotel is very narrow, I did manage to maneuver my regular car (midsize) into the parking spot next to the hotel garden unscathed though.
The town is very quiet, had a peaceful night.
I will enjoy visiting again.
Easy check in. Room very clean, simple, clean linen, well taken care of room, welcoming. Breakfast was great, fresh bread each morning. Wish they had given us box of Kleenex, rather than having to use toilet paper to blow your nose. Refrigerator good size, could have been colder. Otherwise, great place to stay!!

Air conditioning, TV, mini fridge, closet & hangers, and windows that open to the fresh mountain air.
We utilized the laundry service & our clothing came back perfectly laundered.
The breakfast, which is buffet style, had plenty of options. Very good!!
There's a nice sitting area & bar right inside the lobby, plus a small sitting area just beyond the front desk. We used both areas to do work on our laptops. Cozy and comfortable.

A home away from home. The owners may have been my family. Small, intimate, beautiful, remodeled to the period. I would stay alone, with my family, or my significant other. I will be back!
