Beds were very comfy and very quiet in the area

The staff is always very professional. Room is always super clean.

It was an okay stay. Rooms definitely not clean enough. Greasy headboards, leaky tub. Blankets dirty. and a my car was hit in the middle of the night. Too many business trucks allowed to park anywhere and caused them to back into my car while trying to leave

The toilet in the room woke me up 3 times with a horrible grinding noise..sounding like rocks in a blender.

This hotel provided me with one of the best hotel stay experience I've ever had. My family & myself stayed here during the recent snow storm, and I can't express enough how wonderful the staff (also many of the other hotel guests) were treating everyone. From the front desk, the manager, to housekeeping staff (even the volunteer crew that were there to assist during the snow storm), every staff member was kind, patient, professional, and warm welcoming. Hotel of choice when visiting Louisiana. Best Western at this location is home away from home.

Brand new hotel. Absolutely awesome!! The layout of the suite is great. The shower layout is wonderful and very smart. Staff very professional and friendly.

The facility is new. Rooms were clean, halls, foyer etc. Did not use the pool or exercise equipment but all other areas were great. Staff is superior to any hotel I've ever stayed in. They were friendly helpful, and the housekeeping staff were excellent as well. Will definitely go back and would highly recommend. The gentlemen in the breakfast area was extremely sweet and helpful. We were impressed by the size and condition of the hotel and the room. However, as we were sleeping at 3am, the door opened and the light was switched on. Apparently, another guest’s key was programmed to enter our room. Thankfully, it was a lady with a small child who was as surprised as we were that her key opened outdoor and was very apologetic. Then at 630 am, the front desk called and woke us up. My husband went to address the issue and was told that $40 was taken off the bill. I have...

Great experience overall

Room was a bit smaller than most suites I've stayed in, but the friendly staff and great amenities made up for that. We will definitely make use of the heated indoor pool next time. Overall, a great stay!
