Taxi from the airport is 1800 dinars with an exchange rate of 110/dollar. The new hotel is in a perfect location in the center of the old town. There are a series of peatonals with stores, shopping, clubs and outside restaurants everywhere. The 70 minute sightseeing bus only runs 3 times per day so check with the hotel staff and costs 600 dinars. It gives you a great overview of the city.
