"The location was superb the view from each room was like a postcard. The staff was excellent especially Alberto who found anything we needed from ice cubes to an ironing board. The rooms were clean but lacked mini fridges in the room, coffee and tea, suitcase stands, The view. Unlike no other. I would return"

"Staff was awesome! Food was excellent! Location was amazing! The only drawback is the rooms need updating to match. Room was certainly clean but bathroom was small and room a bit tight. We only had one night to spend and all three couples enjoyed the too short amount of time immensely. Staff was so friendly and totally on it. We lingered in the pool as long as possible then stayed late into the evening at the lovely table they’d set up outside for us. Montemarcello is such a cute village and the tiny coffee shop on the tiny square had the best warm croissant I ate on our entire trip. We will be back!"

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "
