Great view from room. Restaurant attached to hotel. Had a really good dinner there, lot of locals seemed to be eating there. Nice breakfast included with room. Great place to stay when going to castles.
Had a little trouble finding how to get to hotel, due to road construction. Also, had to pay cash in morning, because front desk person didn't speak much English and couldn't do credit card for us.
We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Hirsch overall and would consider staying there again if we were going to be in the area. The front of the building reminds me of something out of a Wes Anderson film, and the inside is equally cute and comfortable with an updated, yet traditional Bavarian feel. Our room had wood flooring and a rug, which is something I don't often see in hotels! Dinner at the hotel restaurant was an enjoyable experience as well.

The location of this property makes it easy to walk around town to visit the many shops and restaurants. Though the room was small, it was beautiful and clean and we enjoyed our stay.
Perfect location, pleasant & helpful staff, great breakfast & nice hotel. Room had just enough space for 2 people with luggage but only 1, very small window...view was nice though. We'd definitely stay there again.
We really enjoyed this place and all the perks like the cereal bar/mini market in the shared space . The views were lovely and it felt very modern though we were staying in a historic building . We did not have any interaction with staff but everything was clearly marked so it was an easy stay !
Huge room. I has 2 twins and 2 pull out chairs for families. Bathroom also huge. The garage was expensive but I didn’t want to deal with parking. Room has safe. Large walk in shower. Would recommend. 9/10
Hotel was very cool. Right on the main walkway for Fussen, restartaunt downstairs, just a great place and atmosphere. Room was a little small for al 4 of us, but it worked just fine and was set up for us when we arrived. Parking area in the rear was a little tight...but it was also convenient and secure.
Our only complaint would be the lack of a coffeemaker in the room, Everything else, the breakfast, the view, the staff, the room itself, fantastic, we'll definitely be back next time.
This property was such a wonderful surprise. We had no idea the hotel was set in a tiny redone mid-evil town. It was adorable! It was great for a family. We stayed there while we visited Neuschwanstein castle. It was perfect for 2 nights. The restaurant on site is perfect for dinner and breakfast. Its nice that its right there. There was a great playground for the kids too. A small church to see and the suspension bridge is very cool too. There is a museum and ice cream shop. It has everything...
Wonderful stay in the Bavarian Alps. The hotel offers breathtaking mountain views that make every morning special. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options. I would absolutely love to come back again and highly recommend this place for a relaxing alpine getaway.
