Great stay! Clean comfortable bed, large room, only complaint is that the water in the shower never really got that hot, it wasn’t cold but it wasn’t as hot as showers can normally get, other than that everything was great!

It was a fun stay for one night

We stayed 2 nights going and then coming back on 5 day family trip to Tennessee. We enjoyed our stay both nights. The rooms were cleaned, bed was comfortable no complaints. The heater worked good, staff was very friendly and polite. On our 1st night we wanted to go downtown West Memphis. They the staff helped with directions and information of the area.

Comfortable beds, the pillows held their shape and didnt need constant folding and reshaping. The only thing that I could find subpar was the lighting around the bathroom mirror was not bright at all. Other than that, best stay in a hotel I’ve had in a long time.

Hotel exceeded expectations and had a great price. It was quiet even with full occupancy. Great location, easy to get to and restaurants within walking distance. Planning on making another trip and will stay there again.

When I stopped to check in, there was a terrible thunderstorm and the electricity had gone out. As customers started to stack up, Nathan, the night manager, was doing his best going back and forth with IT to get the computers up and running so he could get us all checked it. Took about an hour and once we were assigned rooms, he realized that the room card reader was not working, He had to take us up one at a time and open our doors, then later deliver keys. Very inviting clean perfect location for an overnight travel stop

Hotel was perfect. Felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! Perfectly clean, amazing staff, and the 1st hotel I’ve stayed in since COVID that actually had hot breakfast!! Not familiar with the area but we all felt safe the entire time!

It was very, very clean , comfortable bed

Our bathroom sink was stopped up and they got it fixed in mere minutes! The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is fantastic! There’s a great variety and everything is very fresh! We stay there every time we visit my sister. It’s quiet and comfortable and clean. We love everything about it!

Room was cozy and clean! Bed and bedding were clean and very comfortable! Breakfast was hot and delicious! I will definitely go back!!!

Nice three-star hotel...Clean room and comfortable bed. I prefer no bath mat. Germs collect there.

Been a great stay! We checked in very late and the gentleman at the front counter called me personally to ensure we were still on our way, which was very kind. He was extremely helpful and pleasant from the very beginning. The room was very clean and tidy. It’s along the freeway so there is some noise, but that’s just where the location is located and you know that going into it. Earplugs deaden it all if that’s a problem. It’s not their fault. Motel looked new rooms beautiful beds comfortable clean air conditioning worked great. Had storm lost power but room stayed cool was able to sleep power came back on in 3 hours. Breakfast was good. I would rate this Roadway Inn a 10. Will stay there again when going that way.
