It was our first time to visit my husband's family in Laoag and we chose to stay at the Bellagio Hills Hotel because of its great reviews and beautiful photos. We both fell in love with the place at first sight!! It's quiet, private, homey yet elegant with a beautiful view of the Paoay lake. Staff was amazing! Very nice place to stay when traveling to Laoag or just use a very nice pool. The dinner we had there was tasty!!! Would recommend that my friends and family would stay there. I wish the pool was open at 6am in the morning, it would have been great to do laps then.

Staff was friendly and excellent. The only complaint for the room was that there were several roaches on the walls, bed headboard and on the floor. Breakfast was good.

Very satisfied from check-in to check-out, from the front desk personnel to the chef. It was only a one night stay so our dinner and breakfast was preordered upon check-in. The property is great if you’re looking for a relaxing experience. It’s a small property but really nicely updated with modern amenities but still keeps the local charm. On-site guard is really courteous and helpful. It is a property overseen by the bigger Urban Wave Resort. You’d need to pick up the key from there and a helpful staff will guide/accompany you to the location of Balai Balatong. Had a pleasant stay even though only for a night to catch an early flight at the airport.
