Fantastic chalet, clean, modern and the staff put some thought into making our anniversary extra special.
Improvement points: the food at the restaurant and more service upon arrival from the men (3 men at the reception doing nothing and expecting me and their female colleague to carry our suitcases)

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very good location in Nuwara Eliya. From check-in to check-out our stay was seamless.We are three friends who stayed for one night. In the morning we came down for a walk to find some food, but the staff greeted us saying they'd been waiting for us for breakfast, as it was included! Comfortable Stay with Amazing Views and Outstanding Service in Kandy
We had a wonderful stay at Summit Hotel in Kandy. The decor all throughout the property has been thoughtfully put together.
The room was lovely and very spacious, with an amazing view that made the stay extra special. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — Pradeep and the rest of the team truly went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed.

Great place to stay, the rooms are very nice and this was the first place I stayed at in Sri Lanka that had hot water in the shower. Also, I dropped a 5000 rupee bill on the staircase and an employee returned it to me. I will stay here again if I go back to Kandy
