Great property! I loved the amenities (24 hr pool, hot tub, hotel beach area with umbrellas and lounge chairs, restaurant, and chocobar). The staff were nice and helpful. The room was spacious with plenty of lighting and mirrors. There was a mini fridge and microwave. We stayed in the ocean view room on the 16th floor and it was such a wonderful view. The hotel was nice with an amazing Bay view and pool lounge area. The front desk staff were nice and friendly especially Chris. He had great customer service and very down to earth. The junior suite is a nice size with an amazing view of the bay if you’re on the back side of the hotel. The balcony is also a nice size. There’s a small sofa but no chair(s).
