"Central to so many shopping areas and good food around, easy access to the marketplace across the street. Lovely staff and breakfast every morning was amazing. The concierge never fail to give you good local recommendations for food, and are always on stand by to give advice about traffic or where to go. Would come here again!"

"Sherwood is close to the attractions we wanted however the street it is on is very very busy so when you take a taxi they could take very long to get to your place. We usually walk to our places bc it takes only 20 minutes to walk (if you can't take the heat then you got to wait for the taxi). the rooms are spacious but are outdated. the pool and gym are better than most places. I would rate this hotel a solid 4 stars and would stay here again bc staff is excellent."

"First time visiting Saigon with our family. We are so glad we chose this hotel. We got the two bedroom suite and it’s very spacious. The front desk staff are super nice, helpful and professional. They always greet us in and out, always open the doors with a smile. They even tried to help us cross the street. Just incredible service. They did the dishes for us in the morning which was surprising. One thing we didn’t know that they will inspect all towels and count every item at checkout. Just make sure to not use the towel to clean the table. We got some towels dirty but the front desk were nice and just took care of us. If we are in Saigon again, we will stay here for sure. You will not regret staying here. Thank you staff. Cam on nhieu."

"Good location, very helpful staff, lovely choice of breakfast. Afternoon tea on the house is a nice touch. This os my 2nd stay here, and my suggestion is to take the rooms facing the front with windows, even paying the extra room tariffs, as the other rooms are small and feel quite claustrophobic. This time there was a period one evening when the WiFi was not working, but I guess it was an aberration and the staff were apologetic. All in all, good value for money."
