"The staff, we interacted with, was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast food was not appealing. The hotel is older and there was a lot of noise from the halls. They did not have luggage cart to help get your luggage from your car to your room. "

"Room was very clean but a little dated. Breakfast was okay for a Continental. One of the staff was taken care of the breakfast, He was very helpful . I didn’t care much for the coffee. It was not brewed. It was liquid flavored coffee with hot water mix. I bought coffee elsewhere. There was no one at the front desk most of the time with the front doors locked. They were out working elsewhere in the hotel. If you rang for them , they come immediately, I guess they were short on staff. I would stay here again."

"The choices are few in Caldwell, but this is a hidden gem. Looks rough on the outside, but very clean on the inside. Athough spartan, it has everything you need and kept clean. The attached restaurant is very good as well."
