In my humble opinion this is a 3 star hotel not 4. Don’t get me wrong, it’s clean & modern. Staff is friendly, but I noticed the walls in the room were dirty and scratched. Great centric location though.
This hotel is close to a major shopping mall and the Hakata JR Station (also a stop for the Shinkansen as well). The staff were very friendly and also very accommodating. The rooms were of decent size for Japanese standards. The room looked a little dated, but at least it was clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect for families. This location is right on the edge of lively areas but just a short walk to everything you want or need for kids and adults. The staff was also very helpful and we’re happy to accommodate every step of the way with the best attitudes.
Nice large hotel with all the amenities. It’s been halfway updated as you will see by the yellow tubs and yellowy walls. Bed a litt flat for me but a nice room nonetheless
Did not realize that room was a mini apartment. Should have planned to stay several days. Check in staff was nice and quick. Room had hot plate and minifrig. Bathroom was a bit odd with small tub and strangely located shower head. Easy to get to across from convention center.
