The only thing I dislike is when you say the SPA working time is from 9am till 10pm, that should mean client can go and use SPA from 9am, not 10am while everything is ready inside of the object. I would prefere more that you say SPA is working from 10am till 10pm so I can manage my time.
This is our fourth time coming here. Every time we come to Serbia, we enjoy a little mini vacation and time with the kids at the waterpark. However, when we brought our concerns about the five people, including my husband in wheelchairs having no Accessibility in the outdoor pools, the manager completely blew us off. From checking in to checking out staff at reception, restaurants, bars including maintenance was exceptional. We stayed at Residence in apartment, huge balcony, every day cleaning service, spotless. Swimpools beautiful, clean.
