The hotel has a more B&B feel and is certainly the best part of my trip apart from Sun Moon lake itself in Nantou. The decor is well though and brownie points for the bathroom. Everything looks luxurious and thoughtful. Room was large and equipped with everything what one needs. The location is near perfect, as one can see the distant lake right from the window (if you select Lake view). Its not far, and yet not very near. The last, but definitely the best part was the experience with the hotel...

Visited June 2023, overall great experience. Good location, nice room with modern amenities (plenty of outlets/USBs, fancy toilet, shower + bathtub). We had a city view room, so did not get pretty view of lake, but public spaces like the lobby and dining area have fantastic lake views. Parking is at local Zhongxing Parking Lot (中興停車場), less than 5 min walking. Free parking from 12 noon to following day 12 noon. Times outside 12 to 12 will be at your own expense at 40 NTD/hr. We parked at 12...
