The hotel resides in one of the most beautiful places I have ever experienced. The grounds are immaculately maintained, tge architecture is gorgeous, the spaces uncrowded and relaxed. Places like this only exist in fairy tales. The staff is friendly and efficient, the rooms large, well-appointed, and comfortable. The on-site restaurant is very good too. I hope to spend another vacation there.
We had to evacuate Quito emergently during the 2020 coronavirus pandemic. Unable to get a flight that night, we purchased nights at the Hotel Alpachaca for $20 / night / room. Turning onto the dirt road, we were nervous. Happily, the hotel was well built, clean, and staffed by friendly people. The next morning they served us a breakfast of bread and cheese sandwiches, cooked-to-order eggs, and tea or instant coffee. We tried to pay the $2.50 per person breakfast charge, and they refused to...

excellent option for overnight near the airport. The hotel arranged pick-up (for a charge) and drop off; quick check-in, a comfortable quiet bed for the night, am breakfast. The buildings are inside a walled compound, with plenty of space plus protection from neighborhood noise, and a sense of security. Staff were helpful.
The hotel is located in the historic center so walkable to all the sites. It's a lovely hotel and the rooms are large. The service is exceptional! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.
NH Collection Quito was an oasis. Rooms were super clean and spacious. The front desk gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We had stayed in the historic center the week before. We were really glad we came to this area for a change.
Nice looking hotel with lots of decorations, internet even computers plus printer. Includes breakfast buffet which was great! Quiet and comfortable. Full room service. Prices for room service are good. Normal for Ecuador but cheap if you compare to USA prices. Overall it was a nice stay. Location is great. Right in the middle. Close to restaurants within walking distance. Plus taxi to old town was $3. Hotel even has a parking lot if you drive. Only minor complaint was that the hot water ran out...
