"The breakfast was yummy, I was able to fill up a plate and head back to my room to eat it. They were VERY friendly staff but not overly friendly, they truely wanted you to have a pleasant stay. I didn’t try the dinner here because there were so many steak houses near by, but the pop corn and soda was a very sweet treat mid day. :) My ONLY compliant is the rooms have a certain temp you can’t go above or below, but I suppose that it is good for the environment, I was still able to have a very comfortable stay. :) "

"WoodSpring Suites, Jeffersontown KY Overall impression We stayed at WoodSpring Suites in Jeffersontown over the holidays for a mix of work and family time. What began as a few nights turned into a three‑week stay, and the hotel made that extended visit comfortable and easy. From arrival to checkout, the atmosphere felt welcoming and secure. The stay and accommodations Our room was fresh, well maintained, and free of pests or unpleasant surprises. Housekeeping did an excellent job — every corner was cleaned thoroughly and linens were refreshed regularly. The layout and amenities made it easy to settle in and feel at home during a longer stay. Staff and service The staff were the highlight of our visit. Cary, Denise, Nisha, Alex, and Wayne all went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. They greeted us with smiles, answered questions promptly, and made our family feel cared for throughout the stay. Facilities and extras The property smells clean and has a pleasant atmosphere when you walk in. Security doors give a reassuring sense of safety. The laundry rooms are well maintained and convenient for long stays. The snack machine stayed well stocked with a good variety of options. Family needs and accessibility We traveled with my husband, our 17‑year‑old son who has Type 1 diabetes, and his pug‑poo support dog. The hotel was accommodating and practical for our needs, which made managing medical supplies and routines much easier while we were away from home. Final thoug"
