"Best place to stay when in Seattle!"

"This was a wonderful overnight stay in order to take in seeing Phantom of the appears just up the street at the Paramount Theatre. Come to Seattle quite a bit and this is the first time staying at the Hyatt on Olive- it will not be our last! The service was excellent and came off effortless- we had an active 2 year old in our party and everyone was very kind and supportive. The pool/sauna/hot tub offerings were spa like without going to the spa that was also available- this is hotel that you could honestly just check in and not go anywhere else! Superb service delivered well . "

"The staff were welcoming and polite right from the beginning. I really liked the safe and secure parking in the garage as well. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Close spots to eat, easy to get to the various spots we were visiting, maiming the T-Mobile Stadium. We would absolutely stay again and recommend! "

"Had a lovely experience staying at this hotel. It was clean and very well maintained and the staff was very friendly. I had a cut on my finger from an earlier incident and needed a band-aid and they had a vending machine stocked with just about anything you could need while traveling! Highly recommend staying here! And it was a very short walk to The Paramount theatre."

"Breakfast menu online said the eggs Benedict would come with fried potatoes and it came with a salad with no dressing. I called the desk and they did not correct the error and actually told me my breakfast was supposed to be served with salad. I spent so much time trying to get them to fix it, I didn’t have time to eat what did arrive before I needed to leave for my event and they never corrected the error or credited me for the meal. "
