"Great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the self check-in process was seamless and easy to follow. There’s also a convenient parking lot right next to the hotel in case the main parking is full. It’s free from 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekdays and completely free all day on weekends! It's super convenient for travellers!"

"Nice stay with firework at night. Choices of food around the mall. With plenty of free parking in front of hotel. Free tickets to the theme park."

"Nice quiet location with great views to wake up to (you must experience the sunrise). Large rooms, comfy bed and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful."

"One of the best hotel location in Jeju"

"Very comfortable stay. Easy check in and out. Michael helped us with luggage to 3rd floor as no elevator. They were very accommodating with early breakfast request. Area is easy walkable trail along coast. Wonderful coffee shop Gray Cive next door, though open late was serene and relaxing. Walkable to all restaurants."

"Exceptional value for money. The independent family-friendly unit was spotlessly clean, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. Having a traditional Korean breakfast delivered directly to our room each morning was a fantastic touch. No unnecessary frills—just great hospitality at an unbeatable price."

"I stayed 5 nights in Jeju and to save driving time, stayed at different hotels as I moved around the island. This i the only hotel, that I oul stay at again in Jeju. Staff, from check in to breakfast and housekeeping, were excellent. Very friendly, courteous and all around nice. Would definitely stay here again basd on all the above factors."

"Lovely resort hotel. Excellent facilities and very friendly and helpful staff."

"Great place to stay in Jeju was quiet and clean and the staff was able to communicate in English to me."

"Room is big, environment is good, have a 24 hours convenient store at lobby, big parking lot. Next to green tea farm and museum. Have basic amenities ! This price very worth ! "

"Staff are wonderful people, very welcoming and helpful. There's plenty of parking onsite and lots of good food available within walking distance. We drove there but ended up walking to all the nearby restaurants and to the port to visit Gapado island without any issues. Rooms are big enough not to feel cramped and feel up to date."

"This was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The room was incredible, including a huge bathtub, and right on the beach looking out into the ocean. It’s also right on the Olle Trail, so there was tons of great walking nearby. Breakfast was something to look forward to each morning, it was delicious, and the restaurant next door was great. Highly highly recommend the Zen Hideaway."

"Very kind and helpful."
