Outstanding hotel. It was well located, well appointed, comfortable with all the conveniences one expects. The bar area was nice, the staff very friendly and helpful and the bonus was a laundry right across from our room. Washer and dryer and free!!

This hotel is a classic Hungarian style hotel. From the very first moment the staff were helpful, courteous, and professional. The hotel itself was clean, well thought out and had all the basic amenities available.
The spa was everything we expected and was a very healthy addition to our stay. We had no problems with the cleanliness. We will probably return just for a spa day, we liked it that much.

Whenever there was a problem and others offered no help, Gabor came personally and solved the problem for me. Excellent health center with nice swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam. It would be better if they didn't allow the young children in the jacuzzi, but otherwise it was great!

The hotel and staff were great. We traveled with my daughter and dog, which alone can be hectic but the hotel was accommodating. We came on a weekend trip and the hotel even gave us a few extra hours to keep our bags and items in the room, while we went to the Budapest zoo nearby.
