Very nice hotel, and I would recommend it to anybody. In the morning you can enjoy a very nice breakfast. They also have free coffee machine 24/7. The one thing I would say is the laundry is little pricey. Other than that everything was satisfactory.
Very convenient and confortable hotel in one of the best areas of the city. Close to a massive shopping mall with several restaurants and stores. Service is on point, although a bit annoying to be scanned with a metal detector every time you come inside the property.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Ibis and would check them out at other locations. The breakfast was delicious! The only thing I would recommend is more vegetarian options please. Staff was super friendly, in fact the front desk staff helped me get medicine delivered for a migraine. My room was SO clean and I was so comfortable in it - when I look back on my stay there it's like a dream. This was my first visit to Colombia. I’m so glad I stayed at Alko Nispero. I met the most friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Duvan who made my stay so welcoming and safe. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure I was getting to places safely, recommendations for food and overall was a great person to speak with.
The breakfast was delicious - everything fresh and great portion. And it was free with the reservation. The food at the restaurant of the hotel was excellent as well....
