The stay at Wyndham started off bumpy, but Orlando saved the day. First room- the a/c sounded like a high powered vacuum. So Orlando was able to change my room. The rest of the stay was excellent. Staff is helpful. Best mojito in Cartagena is made on the 13th floor. Reasonable menu too. Uber from the Wyndham to any point of interest is most $3-$4 the most. Glad we selected this hotel.
This hotel is incredible!! so close to city center and all main attractions in Cartagena . I one hundred percent recommend it, staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast , pool restaurant , carta ajena and rooftop were excellent also so sophisticated. this hotel was more than GREAT , the hotel is beautiful , the rooftop area is amazing, and the people there are awesome as well , this was my first time at cartagena and at this hotel i would go back to this same place. everything is so near its the best place to stay.

Inside the wall city. This hotel is on the mail road and there is a lot of sound from the vehicles and the traffic is until 11pm
We got the room with the view of Castillo De San Felipe and was amazing.The room was so big and nice.Hot water,nice bath.Near by the Mall.

The property is very new, only about a month old so the facility is decorated very beautifully. The staff were amazing, very helpful, friendly, and
always gave great suggestions. The food in the hotel’s restaurant was tasty. Favorite part, aside from the wonderful staff was the location. It’s in the heart of cartagena. It is a very busy area but it’s still seemingly quiet. There are restaurants a few feet away in every direction and many places to explore.
I stayed in the Hotel Santa Catalina as a part of a group trip, and extended my trip after the group left. I felt very safe in the hotel at all times. The rooftop bar is a vibe, very relaxing during the day with good music, drinks, and food in the evening. All of the staff are very pleasant and accommodating. I would book the Hotel Santa Catalina again.
Santiago made my stay!!! Upon arrival I was not pleased with the room assigned. He walked the room with me and agreed, this resulted in a change of room. He also assisted me with scheduling rides to various locations. Thanks

Most times when I travel, I'm usually by myself (and I'm a female), so being in a location that's super safe and that is walkable to restaurants, entertainment, and transportation is super important to me.
