The property was beautiful and the room staff was attentive But the restaurant staff some of them were terrible. I felt like they treated us poorly because we were black even though we were very professional. Celebrating Birthdays and graduations. We spent lots of money there and every restaurant treated us like crap. Two days straight we came into 2 of the restaurants and they actually seated two families before us and they didn't have reservations for.the restaurant. And they had more people...

What a wonderful little gem. We had both shade and sun all day long. We took advantage of the great outdoor spaces. We'll be back!

This was an awsome little apartment. Felt really safe, amazing responsive body, great communication. We walked to seven seas, Kalizo, Costa Mia and a 3 minute ride to servers Biobay tours a large park and several more great dining options, all this and it was still very quiet. I can not say enough fast things

Room was a little dirty and our bed collapsed. But they got right up the and rigged it together….Overall good location

This hotel is brand new. Beautiful and clean with all the newest and best. Breakfast was so good. We ordered drinks at the bar, dinner as well and all were yummy! Pool is beautiful. Staff is amazing! Lots of parking but a little inconvenient having to remember to stamp your pass in order to get out of the parking lot, but at least there is parking!

Recently stayed here for a friend's wedding in San Juan and was very satisfied with my stay. The inn is well kept and there is always someone at the front desk. Check-in was fast & easy and I was happy to see that in order to enter the hotel you need to be buzzed in (a code to enter is provided after check-in). This gave me peace of mind that random people wouldn't walk in from off the street. The room was exactly how it looked on the website and I was pleased to see that a brand new A/C unit...

The room and bed was comfortable, the staff was great. The shower was great, the balcony was an added bonus. Coffee and snacks in the morning was nice. The parking was very easy and convenient. The only thing I would say is that the pictures of the beach is a little misleading on the website. It is a rocky beach, no access in walkable distance that we could see. However there is a marvelous beach across from the Kiosks in Liquillo that I highly recommmend. I would stay here again for sure.

Great property! I loved the amenities (24 hr pool, hot tub, hotel beach area with umbrellas and lounge chairs, restaurant, and chocobar). The staff were nice and helpful. The room was spacious with plenty of lighting and mirrors. There was a mini fridge and microwave. We stayed in the ocean view room on the 16th floor and it was such a wonderful view. Great location with gated parking across the street from the beach with room overlooking the beach. 5 minutes from the local food area and bars.Love the sound of the waves day and night.

Anchors Hotel was excellent! Great location, with plenty of food and activities nearby. The facilities are brand new. They are beautiful, modern, and practical—100% recommended. Definitely we are coming back!

This place was so romantic. The room had all of the perfect amenities for the beach! From beach chairs, umbrella, and nice cold drinking water...to q-tips, luscious towels, and make up remover pads. Loved the decor! Will definitely return again.

El Conquistador was definitely a great choice for our 2-night getaway in the beautiful East coast of Puerto Rico, As a born and raised Puerto Rican, I remember going to this resort as a kid and visiting this time around definitely gave me a bit of nostalgia because the essence of this resort is so well kept.
