Had an overnight stay and was a lot of fun. Nice rooms, quiet. Lots of dining options. Could have a more of a variety of slot machines. It is a beautiful area too, lots of good scenic views.
The staff at this hotel were the most welcoming and friendly I have ever experienced at a hotel. The room was very clean and well maintained as was the lobby. They went above and beyond to make sure patrons had everything they needed and then some. I would not hesitate to return or refer.
Our family was up in Bradford to take care of some business. Chose this particular hotel because of its location--right downtown. Its close to ramps for US 219, the Zippo/Case museum, the local hospital, movie theater, several restaurants and pharmacies. The local Walmart is only a few miles away and you have to pass more restaurants to get there. Allegheny State park is literally a few miles up a hill. Staff was ALWAYS friendly, from check-in to checkout. The room was clean and comfortable...
The front desk lady was extremely nice. She had a whole list of different places if they door dashed, delivered or take out. She was very thorough. Since we live within 50 miles there was an additional hold on my card. She explained why and what will happen. I didn't like it but she made it sound like no biggie and made me still want to stay. She was very helpful, nice and very caring. We really enjoyed our stay.
Really nice room at an affordable rate. We paid the few extra dollars for the whirlpool room. There weren’t any photos of those rooms online so we took a chance. It was a nice hot tub. I would stay here again.
We had a lovely room with a full kitchen. The staff went out of their way to please us. The breakfast was great and the variety suited myself and my husband. The bed was very comfortable. Will certainly stay again in Olean Best Western.
It was wonderful. We didn't get in til about 8pm and left after breakfast, but wish we could have had more time to enjoy the wonderful front porch. Sat out there with a bottle of wine from about 9 - 11pm and could have sat out there all night! Breakfast was to die for.....we did not need lunch. Thanks Joan.
