"Best staff ever! "

"My second stay here won’t be my last. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the hotel is pet-friendly. The location is fantastic, right next to many great restaurants and two major grocery chains. The train station is just a five-minute drive away, and the place is very safe, with a late-night security check patrol. The only inconvenience was that the TV doesn’t accept phone sharing, and the thermostat is so tricky that you have to call them if you need to change it. The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly easy! "

"Only stayed one night during a long layover, but felt perfectly comfortable and enjoyed our time there. Front-desk staff were excellent and gave us breakfast when we had to leave for our flight before breakfast officially started. "

"I arrived early, and luckily they had a room available. However, I don’t feel comfortable because the room wasn’t fully prepared. There were no slippers or toothpaste in the room, and I have to ask the front desk for everything I need."

"We were there 5 days. 1 day housekeeping came in and collected trash, but for some reason but the trashbag in our suitcase! Another day, they never came."

"Internet. Was fast. The problem is the Tv channel was Mexican Language . I dont understand about that Language ! "

"just booked a Hotel at Washington IAD with Expedia . Expedia charged me for 1 night a listed amount. At the Hotel 1 hour later I opened up the same Hotel website with Expedia and now it the costs much less incl all Taxes. Rip off !! I chatted with an Expedia agent but he mentioned he can't do anything and I have to stick with the higher price. Not a great customer service from Expedia !!!"

"The hotel is very nice and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very nice. My flight got cancelled due to weather and I called back to see I could get a room for one more night, although I had to pay full price for the room, it was nice. The breakfast bar could use more healthy options that don't contain over processed, high cholesterol foods and snacks."
