"The staff was outstanding in every manner. We didn’t use little kitchen, but it was ample. The room was cleaned prior and during our stay. Breakfast was okay. Some foods were unavailable by 8:00 - like bacon and real eggs. The fresh fruit was great. The pool was freezing and no one went in - I tried but had to get out in 2 min. Very disappointing. A shout out to Jose and Ryun who went the extra mile for us with booking and assisting us with a problem."

"Water did leak out from the shower door at the entrance but the floor towel kept the floor dry. The AC was making noises but the maintenance team fixed it next day when we requested it. When we asked for housecleaning, only the bathroom was clean. No turn down on the beds. Food at the restaurant was great and so was the free breakfast. Would stay here again."

"This property is near the airport, just off the freeway but the property is quieter than you would expect. There are restaurants within walking distance,. Costco and the Costco gas station are adjacent, and an REI store is close."

"Clean, but very small room with two beds, 2 people could barely pass each other especially with 2 dogs. Manager Fredi was great and accommodating for our hula truck and trailer. Didn’t like no toilet seat cover and door didn’t unlock on first try almost every time and it stuck with the bolt out and wouldn’t close. Not bad for the value tho."

"My father stayed here during a visit to Reno. He likes Marriott Residence Inn. The stay was comfortable, the breakfasts were good, and it was a convenient south Reno location. He didn't spend much time in the room so really nothing specific to say about amenities etc."
