Excellent staff, very polite and very hospitable. Nice facility close proximity to airport good breakfast. Very clean bathrooms and bedroom orderly need. Not super luxurious but a great hotel.

Jeroiro picked me up at the airport on time. Clean room, warm shower, comfortable bed.

Absolutely love my stay. Super clean. Everyone was so accommodating. The location was wonderful cause its right in the middle of the financial district. Many stores near by. I didn't pack enough close and was able to walk next door to Zara. Only thing I wish is if they have more available spa treatments. Tip: book all your spa treatments in advance. The price is really reasonable which is why everything was fully booked.

This hotel was amazing. Checking process was super fast and the staff was very friendly. We didn’t have to wait until 3pm. They had our rooms ready in no time. The breakfast was included with our booking and it was excellent. The fresh bread, fruits and warm stations were constantly replenished. This property is a few months old and is still sparkling new. I came through Lima last month and stayed at the JW Marriott. I didn’t enjoy my stay there and am thrilled I booked the Pullman instead on my return. The hotel is smaller but the staff, guest rooms, service and amenities are all beyond what I expected. This was our second stay at this hotel. Loved the location, the friendliness of the staff and the comfortable rooms. Can’t say enough about the walk ability around the miraflores area! Very safe. Having breakfast available also was a plus. Loved the rooftop bar area for a nightcap. Team members that made our stay special, Diego and Yvonne at breakfast, Jorge and Juliano at the bar!

Amazing experience. Food is great, service is great, internet is SUPER fast and reliable, bed is comfy, the area is nice, the hotel is beautiful, fully recommend. The only annoying thing is the shower because it leaks water all over the bathroom.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Complimentary bottles of water every day with a filtered water dispenser machine in the lobby. It wasn’t a big deal to us, but there is no pool in this property and no privacy bathrooms.
