"Newly established hotel with a beautiful and authentic touch. The pool in the center of the establishment is a perfect “common area” with a cooling and calm garden around it. It felt like an oasis just outside of Marrakesh"
"Beautiful place . Me and my wife enjoyed every second of staying there.
At la maisonette des Olivier we felt relaxed all the staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very nice even though we had lots of bees joining us at the table , apart from that everything was nice.
I recommend to everyone."
"Wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming us with Moroccan tea upon arrival. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was fantastic. We’ll definitely stay here again!"
"Everything was amazing!!! Hamza, Shama & Yusuf were so helpful with anything we needed. Beautiful property and amazing food. I would book here again & again! I will miss the kitties forever "
"Nice quite hotel & lovely staff
Bit of a distance from main attractions
Taxi driver linked to Hotel can be slightly aggressive was overcharged a few times "
"Charmant petit établissement avec des prestations de qualité. Les chambres sont très bien, le personnel est au petits soins, merci à Jawad, Fatima et Hamza pour leur gentillesse. Nous reviendrons de passage à Marrakech."
"The stay at this riad was amazing !! The staff were very friendly and helpful and made the riad feel more of a home than a normal stay.
The cleanliness is unmatched as they consistently keep it clean every single day.
The riad is also securely gated so there is no worry for safety.
I highly recommend this to everyone !!"
"Adil was an absolute legend and helped us with everything the 5 days we were there, if we had any question we could always go to him or other staff, they all were super nice, I recommend this place a lot for couples or families, the pool and the bar area are straight out of a movie and the fact is out of the Medina it really gives peaceful oasis vibes"
"Fantastic hotel that I would love to come back to!
Security: Someone at the gate at all times and it is gated and felt supersafe.
Rooms: they are upgrading so my parents room was slightly newer than mine, but both still had good quality.
Staff: very friendly and helpful - not amazing at English, but that was a problem in all of the country. I used translate to arabic or french and it was fine :)
They have many sweet cats around and its a really nice hotel.
- The shower went from warm to...
"Great Riad . Very clean , charming , nice pool and very friendly staff. Its around 20 min from main square and most of attractions. We did not had a chance to eat breakfast but i hear was good . Definitely recommending "
"The Riad is very beautiful and tranquil. We were greeted as guests in someone’s home and provided a free upgrade without asking. We had help with luggage up stairs. Breakfast was good. The airport shuttle was affordable and prompt."
"I came to stay with my daughter for her birthday. The experience was amazing. The staff are super friendly, a massive thank you to Sara, Loco and Spoofy for keeping us entertained and looked after. These guys all work super hard and it was easy to see how much the three of them love their jobs. The food was always delicious and plentiful. Thank you again for another great stay. I look forward to coming back soon."
"The hotel staff is outstanding, warm hospitality and very attentive. The hotel is beautiful, the spa and yoga class was amazing and the restaurant serves flavorful food.
I cannot thank enough the hotel staff, I had an amazing stay"

If you're looking for a hotel and spa where you can be pampered and relax, I highly recommend staying at Al Fassia. Every memeber of the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. The included breakfast is fabulous, and there is also an on-site restaurant serving lunch poolside, as well as an extensive menu for dinner featuring local specialties. This hotel has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Marrakesh!
Very lovely little property that is very close to the airport. The staff was friendly professional warm. The hotel is a quaint boutique style small, but very stylish and well-maintained.
Owners were so helpful and friendly. Quiet and beautiful hotel away from the hustle and bustle. Should be noted, it is away from the tourist centers with not much right around the property but an easy drive to the center and worked perfectly for our purpose of relaxing the night before heading to the airport.
Selman was the epitome of luxury. The facility is gorgeous, high-end and never misses a beat. The staff is able to meet all needs and never seem overly done. The pool though is the focal point of the property and a stunning view to walk along on your way to the stables to see their award winning horses.
We have visited this hotel many times and every time we still get surprised with the great service and the tranquility of this place. We will definitely come back again!
After returning from the Sahara, we had a very pleasant stay here for 1 night before our flight the following day. The staff were outstanding - very welcoming and helpful, even going so far as to help me get some postcards mailed! Love the table service for breakfast. Our room was large and comfortable. There was one minor maintenance issue during our stay, and the staff was happy to respond and accommodate.
This was our first time to Marrakech. People told us to find a quiet place because the market is loud and full of life. The Sirayane was perfect. Close to the market and yet quiet and exquisite. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and they are friendly and very accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel.
We've visited Marrakech several times but always stayed withing the city. This place is a bit removed, and you'll need a car to get to and from the city. This is an excellent value. Great pool, and the small restaurant serves up a good meal. This is especially a place for families with young kids, as there's a playground, even small soccer field. The rooms are very well appointed, and the kitchen has all you need for dining in, which is what many do here. Idea for an extended stay. Only thing...
We love this hotel. Rooms are huge. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It is very pretty and peaceful. Only 10 mins from the center. Great taxi service available. And you don’t want to drive yourself into the center if you can avoid it.
