1 night stay as we waited for our flight the next morning. The airport shuttle was 150 baht per way. Shuttle service was quick and helped with luagge. The signage at the aiport for the hotel was a bit hard to find, as there were so many shuttle services! Thank goodness the lady working for the shuttle services helped us. Bed was soft, and there was a fridge and toiletries. They gave us guava juice as we checked in late at night.

When we arrived at 2F arrivals at BKK, they had to call for the free shuttle. It was chaos, there were a lot of hotel pick up signage, so make sure you look for "The Phoenix". Tell the staff wearing all black to call the shuttle for you. We arrived after 5:30 pm, it was rush hour so the shuttle took 25 minutes to pick us up. The property is FAR from downtown Bangkok.
