The check-in process was seamless. The staff who checked me in was Mason. He spoke English very well. Initially, I checked in with two suitcases due to a continuing travel to a different country in a few days. There is no-one to help with my luggage, but they have carts that they provided me to take my luggage into my room. Oh yes, noteworthy to mention, I took AirPort Express bus 6004. The stop to drop is across the street, of the hotel. As I was carrying two big suitcases, it was very...

The room felt small, but everything was highly satisfying.

Great staffs

Friendly staff, love to been able to have coffee maker in room

The evening staff was very tolerant to me who just flew 13 hours. He never lost his calm and smile. He even handed me some welcoming chocolate cookies. Also, knew how to speak English. The breakfast buffet was the best I had ever experienced throughout Europe, US, Asia, and Scandinavia lately. The floor staff and everywhere, were just wonderful. What a place!!!!

The breakfast provided was excellent and very filling. The instant coffee was good and they give new fresh towels every morning, you just need to ask. The blankets are fluffy and warm. You can dry your clothes at a portable drying line. There is also a very deep tub and the shower system is well maintained. It is also very close to various forms of transportation like buses and trains. And this place is very quiet and you can’t hear your neighbors that much. If you ask they will watch over your...

Employees very friendly, and helpful. The rooms are clean and have good amenaties. The location of the hotel has good restaurants and shopping.

All of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful as well as being kind and professional. We particularly appreciated Julia's caring touch, to proactively looking after comfort of the guests who were yet to arrive at the hotel late at night, and offered an upgrade of our room. We also appreciated Ethan's helpfulness and kindness with his bellman service, handling our luggage from our room to load up to our cab all by himself. Eunkyung from the restaurant, Demetre, was also very nice...

This is my go-to place whenever I'm on a business trip to Seoul. I'm always impressed by the kindness of the staff, and the location is perfect — convenient for transportation and shopping. Best of all, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby

This hotel goes above and beyond. Can confidently say it's been my family's favorite stay in all of Asia so far. Thank you to all the staff! We will be back:)

日本語スタッフのホスピタリティーが素晴らしかったです

I liked how we were able to do an early check-in at the hotel. It was also very walkable to the convenience stores and malls as well.
