A friend recommended this hotel and it is excellent. The rooms are spotless and very modern. Great facilities - a rooftop jacuzzi, spa, bar with live music. The staff have all been helpful. The theme of the hotel is all organic which is unique. There is a nice area for shopping and dining within walking distance.

My 2nd stay at this wonderful hotel - a home away from home. A car from the hotel was waiting for me at the airport. Carlos at the front desk remembered me from my stay back in March 2015. I was upgraded into the best suite in the house, with fresh flower arranagements as well as a balcony. The suite was clean and wonderfully maintained in freshness. WE HAD A VERY NICE STAY. WE NEEDED EARLY CHECK IN AND HAD A ROOM BY 10AM. THEY LET US STAY IN THE ROOM UNTIL 2PM ON CHECK OUT DAY AND WE USE THE SPA UNTIL 5PM BEFORE HEADING TO THE AIRPORT.
Our stay at the hotel was an excellent one. The staff was very attentive during our visit. Breakfast was delicious and complete. Although breakfast is from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., our flight was at 4:00 am, they let us breakfast. Many thanks to that excellent staff!!!

This is one of the best hotels in Bogota. The rooms are great with lot´s of comfort and very clean. The restaurants have a variety of foods including sushi and breakfast is amazing. The location is very convenient. Is located at the World Trade Center of Bogota and there are very nice restaurants around including LA FRAGATA an outstanding sea food restaurant located in a Penthouse with beautiful view around Bogota.

The hotel staff is excellent, very helpful. I was first situated in a room that was noisy from construction next door (not the hotel's fault). I requested a more quiet room and was then relocated - very promptly and courteously - to a better room. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was fine, a sit-down meal where they will prepare and serve whatever you want (within reason, of course). An omelette with cheese, ham, mushrooms, and tomatoes? No problem. More coffee? Pronto.....
Our stay was excellent, the place was very clean and we had a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately we didn’t get to have breakfast because he had to leave very early but breakfast was included. Also it’s a very quiet neighborhood and it seems very safe since me and my wife went out at night for a nice walk We will stay here again
